Return and Refund Policy

At PRESIDENT, we want you to be satisfied with your timepiece purchase. Please review the following policy carefully before requesting a return.

14 Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns that are postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

All original product packaging and materials must also be returned, including, without limitation, the original box, warranty card, manuals, protective materials, and any other accessories or items included with your purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please do not send products back without first receiving return instructions from us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Returned products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage may not be accepted.

This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Scratches or marks on the watch, case, bracelet, strap, clasp, or crystal

2. Signs that the watch has been worn or used

3. Missing or damaged tags, labels, warranty cards, packaging, boxes, manuals, or accessories

4. Products that have been altered or damaged after delivery

5. Products that otherwise fail our return quality inspection

If a returned product does not meet these conditions or fails our quality inspection, the item will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

We recommend that you carefully inspect and try on your timepiece without removing any protective materials, tags, or labels if you are considering returning it.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to you after your return has been received, inspected, and approved.

Sale Items

All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at orders@presidenttimepieces.com as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, or other information to help us review the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

After receiving your return, we will inspect the condition of your item and determine whether the return meets the requirements of this policy.

Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the date we receive your returned item for us to inspect and process your return.

If your return is approved, the applicable refund amount, less the 20% restocking fee, will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds may take one to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card or payment account, depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service.

We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

Any refund requirements or timelines imposed by applicable law will take priority over the general processing timelines stated above.
